“Patrick Brice gets home detention after assault left 73-year-old victim with permanent eye damage”

Judge Bryant is “no judge” she’s a political activist dressed up like a judge. She sentences a thug to home detention for a second degree assault to an elderly victim at risk. This judge should be recalled. She is an absolute disgrace to the the title “judge.”

She should be removed from the bench since it seems to be obvious she hasn’t the character to resign. Shocking and gross negligence in judgment.

Baltimore Circuit Judge Yvette M. Bryant is criminal advocate that believes the rights of offenders override the rights of their victims. She thinks they all should be allowed to beat down rob or steal from the general population as will and be released so they can repeat their offenses. Those who have proven themselves as a danger top society and have been convicted need to prove their right to be free and released amongst the general population once they have completed their sentences and rehabilitation, not before!

Another liberal political activist judge who won’t send even violent convicted defendants to jail or prison. Who votes for a judge like this who refuses to condemn violent criminal behavior?? She needs to be thrown off the bench. No wonder there’s so much crime in Maryland. Criminals know they can do whatever they want and this judge will do NOTHING about it. She should be ashamed of herself.

This so called “circuit judge” just sentenced a man to house arrest and 3 years probation after he assualted two elderly men (70 years old and older) to the point of hospitalization for one man! HOUSE ARREST???
THIS IS THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF WHY THIS COUNTRY IS IN SUCH TURMOIL !
This Judge needs to be removed and disbarred for failing to properly sentence people in a manner that deters them from becoming repeat offenders!
The city of Baltimore needs to vote this poor excuse for a judge off the bench! -
President Trump should have judges tested for TRUMP DERRANGEMENT SYNDROME and kept from presiding over cases like these, this judge sent a message to the United States that it is ok to perform violent acts against peaceful protesters if they follow their democratic agendas..
