Hon. Troy K. Hill

Hon. Troy K. Hill has been serving as an Associate Judge on the Baltimore City Circuit Court, 8th Judicial Circuit, since January 9, 2024. Before his judicial appointment, he served as a Domestic Relations Magistrate in the Division for Juvenile Causes at the Baltimore City Circuit Court from 2016 to 2024 and worked as an attorney for the Department of Social Services in Baltimore City from 2015 to 2016. Judge Hill earned his Bachelor’s degree from New York University in 1998 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2002. He has been admitted to the Maryland Bar and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Baltimore City Bar Association.

Judge Hill has also contributed to the legal community as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Baltimore School of Law. His extensive experience in family law and juvenile causes, combined with his dedication to public service, make him a respected and influential figure in the Maryland judiciary. Judge Hill’s commitment to justice and his diverse legal background highlight him as a distinguished member of the Baltimore City Circuit Court.
