Hon. Stenise L. Rolle, Esq. has been serving as an Associate Judge on the Prince George’s County Circuit Court, 7th Judicial Circuit, since January 17, 2023. Prior to her judicial appointment, she served as a Foreclosure Magistrate for the Circuit Court of Prince George’s County from 2019 to 2023. Judge Rolle earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Florida A&M University in 1999, her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2002, and her Master of Arts in Applied Social Science, Public Administration from Florida A&M University in 2009. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2002, the District of Columbia Bar, and the Maryland Bar. Before her judicial career, she worked as an Attorney at Parks & Crump, LLC, in Tallahassee, Florida, from 2002 to 2006.

Judge Rolle has been actively involved in several legal and community organizations, including serving as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Prince George’s County Bar Association since 2024 and the J. Franklyn Bourne Bar Association. She is also a Member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. Her extensive legal experience and dedication to public service make her a respected and influential figure in the Maryland judiciary.
