Hon. Maurice C. Frazier, Esq.

Hon. Maurice C. Frazier, Esq. has been serving as a Family Magistrate for the Howard County Circuit Court, 5th Judicial Circuit. He was appointed to the bench in March 2022 after working in the Howard County State’s Attorney’s Office since 2007, where he most recently served as the unit chief of the general crimes unit. Judge Frazier is known for his extensive trial experience, strong writing background, and his ability to manage large dockets and complex cases efficiently.
