Hon. Mark S. Chandlee has been serving as the County Administrative Judge for the Calvert County Circuit Court, 7th Judicial Circuit, since March 21, 2019. He previously served as an Associate Judge from October 18, 2013, to March 21, 2019. Born in Des Moines, Iowa, in 1962, Judge Chandlee earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science (cum laude) from Frostburg State College in 1984 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1987. He has held various roles in private practice and public service, including serving as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Prince George’s County and as a partner at the law firm Miller & Webster, P.A. and Eugene M. Zoglio, P.A..Judge Chandlee has been actively involved in several legal and community organizations, including serving as Chair of the Judicial Inquiry Board of the Commission on Judicial Disabilities since 2021 and as President and founding member of the Greater Marlboro Civic Association from 1989 to 1992. His extensive legal experience and dedication to public service make him a respected and influential figure in the Maryland judiciary. Judge Chandlee’s commitment to justice and his diverse legal background highlight him as a distinguished member of the Calvert County Circuit Court.
