Hon. Julia A. Martz-Fisher has been serving as an Associate Judge on the Frederick County Circuit Court, 6th Judicial Circuit, since December 2, 2016. She was born in Frederick, Maryland, in 1968. Judge Martz-Fisher earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Hood College in 1991 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1999. She has held various roles in private practice and public service, including serving as a Special Auditor and Trustee for the Frederick County Circuit Court and as an Associate at the Law Offices of Walter C. Martz II. She was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1999.
