Hon. James R. Farmer has been serving as a Family Magistrate for the Baltimore County Circuit Court, 3rd Judicial Circuit, since 2001. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Baltimore in 1967 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1973.
