Hon. Ginina A. Jackson-Stevenson is an associate judge for the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court in Maryland, appointed by Governor Wes Moore in December 2023. Before her appointment, she served as the first African-American female magistrate in Anne Arundel County Circuit Court history from 2020 to 2023. She presided over child support, custody, emergency hearings, and uncontested divorce matters. Prior to becoming a magistrate, she operated her own law firm for ten years, handling family law, criminal cases, personal injury, and police misconduct matters.

Judge Jackson-Stevenson also has a strong background in public defense, serving as an Assistant Public Defender from 2003 to 2010. She has been actively involved in the legal community, serving on various committees and as an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law. Her dedication to family law and her extensive legal experience make her a respected figure in the judicial system.
