Hon. Elizabeth J. Case, Esq. has been serving as a Family Magistrate for the Howard County Circuit Court, 5th Judicial Circuit. She has a long and distinguished career in the legal field, having practiced as a sole practitioner in her own private practice, Elizabeth J. Case, P.A.. Judge Case received her Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University in 1983 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland, Francis King Carey School of Law in 1986. She was admitted to practice in Maryland in 1986 and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland in 1988.
Judge Case has been actively involved in several legal and community organizations, including serving as a Member of the Howard County Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association.
