Hon. Dennis M. Robinson, Jr.

Hon. Dennis M. Robinson, Jr. has been serving as the County Administrative Judge for the Circuit Court for Baltimore County since July 25, 2023. He was previously an Associate Judge at the same court from November 30, 2016, until his appointment as County Administrative Judge. Born in Towson, Maryland, in 1975, Judge Robinson earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Towson University in 1997 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2002. He has been admitted to the Maryland Bar since 2002 and has held various roles in private practice and public service, including serving as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and co-chairing the Maryland State Bar Association’s Judicial Appointment Committee.

Judge Robinson has been actively involved in several legal and community organizations, including serving as President of the Perry Hall Improvement Association and on the Board of Directors of The Education Foundation of Baltimore County Public Schools. His extensive legal experience and dedication to public service make him a respected and influential figure in the Maryland judiciary. Judge Robinson’s commitment to justice and his diverse legal background highlight him as a distinguished member of the Baltimore County Circuit Court.
