Hon. Anthony F. Vittoria has been serving as an Associate Judge on the Baltimore City Circuit Court, 8th Judicial Circuit, since October 29, 2019. He has held various significant roles, including Designated Judge for the Business and Technology Case-Management Program since 2021 and Administrative Law Judge at the Office of Administrative Hearings from 2018 to 2019. Born in Fredericksburg, Virginia, in 1969, Judge Vittoria earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia in 1991, his Master’s degree in Psychology from the College of William and Mary in 1993, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1996. He has been admitted to multiple bars, including the Maryland Bar, Virginia Bar, U.S. Circuit Court for the 4th Circuit, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, District of Columbia Bar, and U.S. Supreme Court.

Judge Vittoria has also been actively involved in several legal and community organizations, including serving as President of the Baltimore City Bar Association from 2020 to 2021 and as a member of the Defense Research Institute from 1997 to 2014.
