Hon. Andrea Khoury, Esq.

Hon. Andrea Khoury, Esq. has been serving as a Family Magistrate for the Charles County Circuit Court, 7th Judicial Circuit, since April 19, 2010. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Media Studies from the University of Louisville in 2002 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2005. She was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2005 and has been actively involved in family law litigation. Before her appointment as a magistrate, she worked as an associate at Hochberg Costello & Baron and the Law Offices of Sally B. Gold.

Judge Khoury has been actively involved in several legal and community organizations, including serving as Secretary and Treasurer of the Women’s Bar Association of Baltimore City. Her extensive legal experience and dedication to public service make her a respected and influential figure in the Maryland judiciary. Judge Khoury’s commitment to justice and her diverse legal background highlight her as a distinguished member of the Charles County Circuit Court.
