Hon. C. Todd M. Steuart, Esq.

Hon. C. Todd M. Steuart, Esq. has been serving as an Associate Judge on the Prince George’s County Circuit Court, 7th Judicial Circuit, since January 2024. He was appointed by Governor Moore on November 21, 2023. Judge Steuart earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1997. Before his judicial appointment, he worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Prince George’s County from 2015 to 2023, and as a Foreclosure Magistrate from June 2023 to August 2024. He also served as a law clerk to Judge William D. Missouri, Prince George’s County Circuit Court, from 1997 to 1998.

Judge Steuart has been actively involved in various legal and community organizations, including serving as a Member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Calvert County Bar Association, and the Prince George’s County Bar Association. He has also been a Partner at Steuart & Steuart, a private practice he ran with his father, and served as Vice-President of Atlantic Coast Title, Inc.. His extensive legal experience and dedication to public service make him a respected and influential figure in the Maryland judiciary.
