Hon. Julie M. Marindin, Esq.

Hon. Julie M. Marindin, Esq. has been serving as a Family Magistrate for the Harford County Circuit Court, 3rd Judicial Circuit, since December 3, 2018. She has extensive experience in family law, criminal defense, and elder law. Judge Marindin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland and her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Before her appointment as a magistrate, she practiced law in Bel Air, Maryland, where she built a reputation for her dedication to her clients and her commitment to justice.

Judge Marindin has been actively involved in several legal and community organizations, including serving as the President of the Harford County Bar Association and as a Member of the Children’s Justice Act Committee. Her extensive legal experience and dedication to public service make her a respected and influential figure in the Maryland judiciary.
