Hon. Tracey L. Henline, Esq.

Hon. Tracey L. Henline, Esq. has been serving as a Family Magistrate for the Garrett County Circuit Court, 4th Judicial Circuit, since December 8, 2022. She was appointed by the Circuit Administrative Judge and has extensive experience in family law, juvenile law, and criminal law. Judge Henline earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Frostburg State University and her Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law. Before her appointment as a magistrate, she operated her own law firm, J. Gregory Law Firm, L.C., providing a broad range of legal services to both Maryland and West Virginia residents.

Judge Henline has been actively involved in several legal and community organizations, including serving as the Court Auditor for the Circuit Court for Garrett County, the Chairman of the Garrett County Property Review Board, and the President of the Garrett County Bar Association. Her extensive legal experience and dedication to public service make her a respected and influential figure in the Maryland judiciary. Judge Henline’s commitment to justice and her diverse legal background highlight her as a distinguished member of the Garrett County Circuit Court.
