Hon. Justin N. Gregory, Esq.

Hon. Justin N. Gregory, Esq. has been serving as an Associate Judge on the Garrett County Circuit Court, 4th Judicial Circuit, since December 8, 2022. He was appointed by Governor Larry Hogan after the retirement of Judge Raymond G. Strubin1. Judge Gregory received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Frostburg State University and his Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law. He has been a solo practitioner operating under the name J. Gregory Law Firm, L.C., providing a broad range of services to both Maryland and West Virginia residents for nearly a decade. His legal experience includes handling cases from traffic citations to capital offenses, as well as residential and real estate closings, estate planning, and civil litigation.

Judge Gregory has been actively involved in several legal and community organizations, including serving as the Court Auditor for the Circuit Court for Garrett County, the Chairman of the Garrett County Property Review Board, and the President of the Garrett County Bar Association. His extensive legal experience and dedication to public service make him a respected and influential figure in the Maryland judiciary. Judge Gregory’s commitment to justice and his diverse legal background highlight him as a distinguished member of the Garrett County Circuit Court.
