Hon. Julia A. Martz-Fisher has been serving as an Associate Judge on the Frederick County Circuit Court, 6th Judicial Circuit, since December 2, 2016. She was born in Frederick, Maryland, in 1968. Judge Martz-Fisher earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Hood College in 1991 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1999. She has held various roles in private practice and public service, including serving as a Special Auditor and Trustee for the Frederick County Circuit Court and as an Associate at the Law Offices of Walter C. Martz II. She was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1999.
Judge Martz-Fisher has been actively involved in several legal and community organizations, including serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for The Arc of Frederick County and as a Member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Frederick, Maryland. Her extensive legal experience and dedication to public service make her a respected and influential figure in the Maryland judiciary. Judge Martz-Fisher’s commitment to justice and her diverse legal background highlight her as a distinguished member of the Frederick County Circuit Court.

This POS violated my due process and wrongfully stript my kids from me without giving my side at all to hear on a three day trial. She is a con. A fraud in a robe and a disgrace to the family law system in Frederick county. She’s sexist against fathers and also has made a deal with higher up admin judge Richard Sandy to avoid being held responsible by handing over the case to a retired judge instead of actually being honorable judge and admit she was wrong and revoke her prior ruling. She’s a sick twisted lying saggy prune who also doesn’t care about fathers but she will get what’s coming to her eventually as payback is real and karma and true justice will be served on her. She doesn’t care about affecting kids at all and deserves to be stripped from the bench. When I tried to make a complaint to the commission of judicial disabilities online, every time I tried to submit, it would say a keyword was in it that prevented me from reporting her for some reason. This shows that they will use their connections statewide to avoid being held liable and the commission of judicial disabilities won’t do anything despite this judge has gone to numerous appeals for these reasons as told to me from another lawyer who went against her in appellate court and even with proof, MD judiciary chose not to do anything because of a shortage of judges in the state. They corrupted their morals to protect this liar. She deserves all the worst karma heading hear way in the near future.
