Hon. Donna McCabe Schaeffer is an associate judge for the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court in Maryland. Appointed by Governor Larry Hogan in December 2015, she has a long history in family law, having spent 29 years as a trial attorney in Anne Arundel County before joining the bench. Schaeffer has been actively involved in the legal community, serving on various committees and as an Anne Arundel County Ethics Commissioner.
In addition to her judicial duties, Schaeffer has been a member of the American Bar Association’s Family Law Section and the Maryland State Bar Association. Her extensive experience and dedication to family law have made her a respected figure in the legal community. Schaeffer’s commitment to justice and her extensive background in family law make her a valuable asset to the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court.
