Hon. Heather L. Price

Hon. Heather L. Price has been serving as the County Administrative Judge for the Caroline County Circuit Court, 2nd Judicial Circuit, since January 21, 2022. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, on November 8, 1964, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Western Maryland College in 1986, her Master of Public Administration from the University of Baltimore in 1991, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1991. She has held various roles in private practice and public service, including serving as the County Attorney for Caroline County from 2013 to 2021, Assistant County Attorney for Anne Arundel County from 2000 to 2001, and Attorney-Advisor for the Executive Office for Immigration Review, U.S. Department of Justice from 1991 to 1993.

Judge Price has been actively involved in several legal and community organizations, including serving as President of the Caroline County Bar Association from 2019 to 2020 and as a Member of the Drug and Alcohol Abuse Council in Caroline County. Her extensive legal experience and dedication to public service make her a respected and influential figure in the Maryland judiciary. Judge Price’s commitment to justice and her diverse legal background highlight her as a distinguished member of the Caroline County Circuit Court.
