Hon. Levi S. Zaslow has been serving as an Associate Judge on the Baltimore City Circuit Court, 8th Judicial Circuit, since March 18, 2024. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Excelsior College and his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2008. After law school, he served as a law clerk to Judge Althea M. Handy at the Baltimore City Circuit Court from 2006 to 2008. He was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2008 and the District of Columbia Bar in 2013. Before his judicial appointment, he worked as an attorney at Joseph Greenwald & Laake, P.A., from 2009 to 2021, and later as a partner at Smithey Law Group LLC and Hijazi, Zaslow & Carroll, P.A.
Judge Zaslow has been actively involved in several legal and community organizations, including the Maryland State Bar Association and the Baltimore City Bar Association. His extensive legal experience and dedication to public service make him a respected and influential figure in the Maryland judiciary.
